Unfortunately Lenexa has decided to raise its sales tax. I hate it, you probably hate it. As of tomorrow, October 1, 2008, Lenexa sales tax will increase to 7.9 from 7.525. You will see a slight increase in the cost of your meals from us, unless you are lucky enough to be a tax exempt customer. Sorry. Don't shoot the messenger.

As of Tuesday June 17 we received our first delivery of 'Certified Tomatoes'. The tomatoes came with a certificate that said they were from Hermitage, Arkansas, an area outside the outbreak area. Most of us around here are 'certifiable' and now, so are our tomatoes. Order our fresh baked bread sandwich with fresh sliced tomatoes and enjoy not only a tasty lunch but a safe one as well.
